Adjust Pin Code Length

In the BadgePass database, adjust the nPinDigits value in AccessDatabase and SCPAccessDatabase tables to match the length of a pin number that you are wanting the users to have.  Once done, restart the services and the issue a reset to all of the panels.  Additionally, the client will need to be restarted as well.
